Diogo Dalot'spress-conference ahead of Lyon (A) tomorrow

"I would say I started to become more obsessed with being available, that's the first step to being able to play. Due to some problems in the first few seasons here in United, I had this switch of mind a bit, in terms of being available physically."
"I always try to help my teammates, but what I say all the time is that what works for me doesn't always work for my teammates, because everyone is an individual."
"At this stage we have to be ready for this game, and tomorrow if we're sharp in our minds, we can make a very good game."
On the supposed lack of intensity in Sunday's Manchester Derby:
"I can tell you straight away, it was a very intense game. I ran a lot, my teammates ran a lot, we fought really hard to be competitive. I think everybody in the stadium felt that we wanted to win the game, and we were competitive."

On the Derby:
"Everyone's entitled to their opinion, you might like the kind of game it was, you might prefer the game to be more open, but if you ask City and United players, I'm sure everyone had the right approach and intensity to win the game, but both sides respected each other enough to know that one mistake could change the game."

On the performance against City:
"We were very compact as a team, it's something we've been improving on a lot. We created enough to win the game."

"I understand that if you watch Man United vs Man City, you want a result with more goals, everybody wants more goals. But me, inside the pitch, I felt that the game was very intense. We did everything to win the game, but we got a draw. That's part of football."
